I can’t remember how many years I’ve been taking Life-Mate, but I’m sure it’s been at least 10 or 15 years. Each morning, when I have a little breakfast and take my Life-Mate, I know I’m off to a good start. It isn’t as though I get a jolt of energy – it’s subtler than that. I just know that on the rare times I’ve been out for a few days, I can really notice a difference in my energy level. I do depend on Life-Mate for my physical and emotional well-being.

When I first started taking Life-Mate, I couldn’t eat anything fried or fresh-baked. I couldn’t eat fresh fruits or veggies. After about 3 months, it got better – I was able to enjoy these things again. I think that was about 15 year ago. I still feel a lot better.
