I have been taking Life-Mate for over 25 years. My Doctor recommended it to me and said he, himself, took Life-Mate, and so I decided to try it for myself. I have continued to take it all these years because it has helped me feel more energetic, and I feel that my system is able to absorb these vitamins more easily than others I have taken in the past. I have, every once in awhile, tried another multi-vitamin, but still feel these are digested better.

My wife and I are in our seventies, and both of us started taking Life-Mate many years ago. It has made a big difference in our life. One time, about 20 years ago, I quit taking it to see how this affected me. Two weeks later I started losing my energy. So I began taking it again. Then, about five years ago, I quit for a month and took another product. The same thing happened again. I started losing my energy, and I again started taking Life-Mate.

I started taking Life-Mate many years ago. I did try a couple of other vitamins, but always came back to Life-Mate. It has kept me healthy – I rarely get a cold, and I don’t remember the last time I would have had the stomach flu. I am feeling great and healthy, and they tell me I don’t look my age (76). I wouldn’t think of stopping taking Life-Mate.

I can’t remember how many years I’ve been taking Life-Mate, but I’m sure it’s been at least 10 or 15 years. Each morning, when I have a little breakfast and take my Life-Mate, I know I’m off to a good start. It isn’t as though I get a jolt of energy – it’s subtler than that. I just know that on the rare times I’ve been out for a few days, I can really notice a difference in my energy level. I do depend on Life-Mate for my physical and emotional well-being.

When I first started taking Life-Mate, I couldn’t eat anything fried or fresh-baked. I couldn’t eat fresh fruits or veggies. After about 3 months, it got better – I was able to enjoy these things again. I think that was about 15 year ago. I still feel a lot better. I am 70 years old and have a lot of energy – and am glad I am still taking Life-Mate.
