I began taking Life-Mate approximately 30 years ago and feel that it has contributed greatly to my excellent health. I will be 81 years old this year, and my energy and activity level is really that of someone perhaps 20 years younger. My friends and family tell me that I look and act more like 65 than 81. This spring, I took a very strenuous trip to Vietnam and Cambodia and had no problems in keeping up with the much younger members of my travel group. They were amazed.
